Same-Day Premium Service

Reiss Edwards is regulated to assist clients with their visa applications using the Same-day Premium Service. The service is strictly by appointment; we help our clients obtain an allocated appointment with the Home Office and this can be done up to 6 weeks in advance or even as soon as within 2 weeks.

Same day premium services are particularly useful if there is an urgent need to travel with your passport and you cannot wait for the normal processing times. In addition, they offer the advantage of knowing the decision of your application on the same day you applied. It is however important to note that same day premium services are usually more expensive.

The same-day Premium service is an in-country application available for extension applications or switching visa categories. The Home Office fees will have to be paid in full at the time of appointment booking. The service is offered at the Public Enquiry Office in Croydon, South London.

Appointments can also be booked in other locations such as Liverpool, Birmingham, Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow, Sheffield, etc. Click here for a list of all Premium service centres. • Tier 2 Migrant - SET (O)
• UK Ancestry - SET O
• ILR On the Basis Of 6 Years Under Discretionary LEAVE Form SET (O)
• ILR on the basis of 10 years Long Residence SET (LR)
• Partner Visa Under 10 Years Route To Settlement FLR (FP)
• ILR Spouse/Civil Partner SET (M)
• ILR Same Sex Partner SET (M)
• ILR Unmarried partner of a settled person
• ILR bereaved partner
• Domestic Worker Visa [FLR (O) - Domestic Worker] – who had a fist visa before the 6th of April 2012.
• Application to for ILR stamp to be fixed on a new passport

1. Extension applications under the following categories

• Overseas qualified nurse/ midwife
• Private servant in a diplomatic household
• Dependants of exempt HM Forces

1. Application for Limited Leave to Remain Stamp to be fixed on a new passport if you were previously granted Limited Leave to Remain on your old passport

When And How To Book A Same Day Visa Service / Same Day Premium Service

The same day premium service is in high demand and places are taken almost instantaneously. We would normally advise clients to allow enough time, of at least 5 to 6 weeks prior to their submission date before booking, to ensure their desired date is available. The Home Office will normally accept bookings from PEO reps every Monday morning at 9.00am.

To book a same day service, you must be able to provide the following information: -

• Bio data of the applicant(s)
• Telephone number of the main application
• Full address
• For Tier 1(General) PBS - you have to state whether previous earnings to be shown is from employed/ self-employed basis
